Oolio required a NetSuite environment capable of supporting a business operating at significant scale and complexity.
The engagement involved supporting 14 companies within a single NetSuite environment, 100+ users, operations across 5 countries, and a global workforce of over 500 employees.
Across the group, different entities operated with distinct order-to-cash processes, pricing structures, and commercial requirements. The business also needed to support a model that combined hardware, software, and recurring services in a way that was commercially flexible and operationally sustainable.
We designed and delivered a NetSuite solution aligned to the way Oolio operates across multiple entities and workflows.
This included tailored capability to support online quoting and sales order workflows, more flexible commercial packaging, recurring billing structures, renewal processes, and a model that allowed hardware and services to be offered in a way that reduced upfront cost barriers for customers.
Rather than forcing the business into a rigid standard process, the solution was built to support a more scalable and practical commercial operating model within NetSuite.
The result was a stronger foundation for a more flexible and scalable order-to-cash model.
By supporting more sophisticated pricing and billing structures, reducing reliance on large upfront customer costs, and enabling a cleaner multi-entity process within NetSuite, Oolio was better positioned to scale its commercial operations with less manual friction.
